1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

3. Refund Policy

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may return your product and place a new order.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
